This new Low Voltage STM32 Digital Power Factor Corrector explorer kit is a complete HW board setup.
It is composed of an interleaved ToTem Pole topology, the mother board from Biricha (PFC part), together with a NUCLEO board from STMicroelectronics (CPU part), as well as its useful cables and main power supply.
This kit is designed for both analog power supply design engineers and embedded systems engineers who are interested in learning about digital power and digital PFC pre-regulators. It allows these users to quickly and easily implement a high performance fully digital PFC pre-regulator power stage in the form of a single phase, or a dual-phase/interleaved CCM ToTem Pole PFC.
The integrated ST-LINK provides an embedded in-circuit debugger and programmer for the STM32 MCU.
The STM32 Digital Power Explorer Kit runs with the STM32 comprehensive software project example, issued from the X-CUBE-DPower pack, and generated through the STM32CubeMx PC software tool.
